Serves: 3
Ingredients
- 3 4Oz Salmon Filets
- 1 Jalapeño
- 1 Cup of Uncooked Rice
- 4 Tablespoons of Honey Mustard
- 3 Tablespoons of Loubier Gourmet Italian Topper
- 1 Teaspoon of Fennel Seeds
- Pinch of Cracked Pepper
- 15 Stocks of Large Asparagus
- 6 Slices of Bacon (2 Slices per Bundle)
- 1 Lime
- Cilantro
- 1 1/2 Cup of Water
Directions

Step 1
Add rice and water into a pot, boil then turn down heat to a simmer and top pot with a lid. Rice will be ready in 10-15 minutes. Turn the heat off when the texture is light and fluffy. -
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine Honey Mustard, Loubier Gourmet Italian Topper, Cracked Pepper, and Fennel Seeds. Coat the Salmon with the mixture. Add cilantro and top off each Salmon with a thin slice of lime (save half the lime). -
Step 3
Place Salmon in a preheated Air Fryer at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Avoid Flipping or shaking. Check readiness after 5 minutes. (An alternative to air frying would be to place the Salmon in an oven preheated to Broil on High) -
Step 4
Wrap 3 bunches of 5 asparagus with 2 strips of your favorite bacon. Sautée on medium-high heat to your desired crisp. -
Step 5
Once rice is done, tear cilantro into rice and add the saved second half of the lime. Add thinly sliced jalapeños, and toss. -
