How can I edit or cancel my order?

Fastest way to edit or cancel your order would be to send us an email at customerservice@loubiergourmet.com. We usually respond within a couple hours.

Do you sell your products in stores?

Yes we are located in stores all throughout California and a couple in other states. Check out our Store Locator to find out what stores near you sell our products!

My order was damaged.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping prices are contingent on the weight of the product(s) and location they are being shipped to. However, we do offer free shipping in the US for all orders over $30.

When will my order ship?

We tend to process orders within 2 days of them being placed, with exception of the weekend, for any order placed over the weekend will be sent out Monday. If you need your order in a hurry, we suggest letting us know by sending us an email at customerservice@loubiergourmet.com or calling us at (888) 568-2437.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about the status of your order, contact us at customerservice@loubiergourmet.com or (888) 568-2437.

How are my items shipped?

The majority of orders are packed in custom branded Loubier Gourmet boxes and shipped according to your chosen shipping method. Our only exceptions are our food service products which are shipped in cardboard boxes.

Can I expedite shipping for my order?

You can choose Expedite Shipping at checkout, but it does cost more than our Standard Shipping.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship within the US and Canada. Free shipping only applies to orders placed within the US.

Do Loubier Gourmet Sauces need to be refrigerated?

Our BBQ Sauces do need to be refrigerated after opening. 

What material is your packaging and can it be recycled?

The packaging we use to send our products in is fully recyclable. Our sauce bottles are glass which is fully recyclable, and our seasoning containers are plastic (PET) and fully recyclable per classification '1'. Additionally our PET bottles are BPA-free and phthalate-free. 

How do I sign up for the Loubier Gourmet Auto-Ship Subscription Program?

The Loubier Gourmet Auto-Ship Subscription Program can be found when adding any product to your cart. Just make sure "Subscribe & Save ..." is clicked, pick your delivery frequency, and checkout.

How do I log into my account and manage my subscription?

You may login to your account by accessing the account login page shown as "LOG IN". This can be found on the top right hand corner of a desktop/laptop screen, or by clicking the three bar navigation link on the upper left side of your mobile screen. 

How do I find my order schedule for my subscription?

You can view all of your past an upcoming orders scheduled by clicking on the "Manage Subscription" button located on the first page when you login to your account.  

How do I change the credit card that is on file for my subscription?

You can change or update the credit card you have on file by clicking on the "Manage Subscription" button located on the first page when you login to your account. If you'd like to change or update your credit card you may click on "Edit" under "Actions" in the box with your subscription information, and from there, you'll find your current payment method and a line that says "Update payment information" that you can click on. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by clicking on the "Manage Subscription" button located on the first page when you login to your account. If you'd like to cancel your subscription you may click on "Cancel" under "Actions" in the box with your subscription information. You may also click on "Edit" under "Actions" and from there, you'll find a line that says "Cancel" that you can click on at the very bottom of the page. 

When is my card charged for my subscription?

Your card if charged at the time your first subscription order is placed and the subsequent days you have chosen for your delivery schedule. For example: Every month, two months, three months from the time your first subscription order was placed.

When is my subscription order shipped?

Your subscription order is shipped within 24-48 hours of when your card is charged. Based on your location you should receive your delivery within 3-5 business days.

How are Loubier Gourmet Products different from other Sauces and Seasonings?

Our products were created to make any meal taste even better! On top of our products being Premium, Award-Winning, and Delicious, they are also made with All-Natural & Organic Ingredients, are Gluten-Free, contain no High Fructose Corn Syrup, and are Vegan (with the exception of the Italian Topper). We also donate 10% of all our proceeds to helping Foster Children and Children with Mental Health.
