The Loubier Gourmet Auto-Ship Subscription Program can be found when adding any product to your cart. Just make sure "Subscribe & Save ..." is clicked, pick your delivery frequency, and checkout.
How do I log into my account and manage my subscription?
You may login to your account by accessing the account login page shown as "LOG IN". This can be found on the top right hand corner of a desktop/laptop screen, or by clicking the three bar navigation link on the upper left side of your mobile screen.
How do I find my order schedule for my subscription?
You can view all of your past an upcoming orders scheduled by clicking on the "Manage Subscription" button located on the first page when you login to your account.
How do I change the credit card that is on file for my subscription?
You can change or update the credit card you have on file by clicking on the "Manage Subscription" button located on the first page when you login to your account. If you'd like to change or update your credit card you may click on "Edit" under "Actions" in the box with your subscription information, and from there, you'll find your current payment method and a line that says "Update payment information" that you can click on.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by clicking on the "Manage Subscription" button located on the first page when you login to your account. If you'd like to cancel your subscription you may click on "Cancel" under "Actions" in the box with your subscription information. You may also click on "Edit" under "Actions" and from there, you'll find a line that says "Cancel" that you can click on at the very bottom of the page.
When is my card charged for my subscription?
Your card if charged at the time your first subscription order is placed and the subsequent days you have chosen for your delivery schedule. For example: Every month, two months, three months from the time your first subscription order was placed.
When is my subscription order shipped?
Your subscription order is shipped within 24-48 hours of when your card is charged. Based on your location you should receive your delivery within 3-5 business days.
