- 2 Cups Orange Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Loubier Gourmet Hot or Mild Chipotle Seasoning
- 1 Cup Loubier Gourmet’s Hot or Mild BBQ Sauce
- 10 Chicken Drumsticks and/or Thighs
- 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Marinate your chicken for at least an hour (preferably overnight) with Loubier Gourmet Hot or Mild Chipotle Seasoning and orange juice.
Preheat grill to medium heat and brush grate with oil. Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade. Pat chicken down with a paper towel to dry it before cooking it. This will ensure a better crust!
Cook chicken on the preheated grill until lightly browned on all sides, about 5 minutes per side.
Turn off one of the grill burners, move the coals, or move the chicken so there is no heat source directly below it.
Cover drumsticks or thighs with Loubier Gourmet Hot or Mild BBQ Sauce and cook for another 15 minutes; turn again and cover chicken with more BBQ Sauce. Continue to grill drumsticks or thighs until an instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
