A BBQ Smoker
4 lbs of Chicken Wings
Loubier Gourmet Chipotle Seasoning
Loubier Gourmet BBQ Sauce
Salt & Pepper
Sugar & Water (Optional)
Recipe
1. You can start by brining or dry brining your chicken wings, or you can go straight into seasoning them. If you are interested in brining them, submerge your wings in water with salt and sugar, and let them rest for 1 hour to 24 hours. If you are interested in dry brining them, cover your wings in salt and leave them uncovered in a fridge for 1 hour to 24 hours. Once you have finished this, pat them dry if they have been brined, and season them with salt, pepper, and Loubier Gourmet Chipotle Seasoning.

2. Warm up your smoker to 225 degrees F. We recommend using pecan, hickory, or apple wood. Make sure to let your smoker run for 30 minutes to and hour before placing your chicken wings on the grill grates and letting them cook in the smoke for 2 - 2 1/2 hours.

3. At around 150 degrees F, cover your wings in Loubier Gourmet BBQ Sauce and either let them continue smoking until they reach 160 - 165 degrees F (carry over cooking will take them to 165 if you pull them out earlier), or if you have the option to, place the coated wings directly over the fire to crisp them up until they reach the right internal temp.
4. Pull them out and let them rest.
5. Enjoy :)
