Fans will enjoy exciting new flavors in their race-day cuisine during the 50th anniversary season in Sonoma, as Loubier Gourmet has been named Official BBQ Sauce and Rubs of Sonoma Raceway.
Loubier Gourmet, a family-owned business based in Benicia, will work with the raceway's official caterer, Levy Restaurants, to create new and unique recipes specifically crafted with the company's signature sauces and rubs including Loubier Dry Rubbed Beef Brisket and BBQ Pulled Pork Buns.
These menu items and more will be featured at select concession stands as well as in all hospitality menus at major events. Fans will also be able to sample Loubier Gourmet BBQ sauce and rubs in their display area during the Toyota/Save Mart 350 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series and NHRA Sonoma Nationals Mello Yello Drag Racing Series race weekends.
