Loubier's Beer Battered Fish Tacos

Ingredients For the Tilapia
- 1 Inch Cut Strips
- Radicchio Finely Chopped
- Lemon Aioli (Recipe Separate)
- Corn Tortillas
- 1 Bunch of Cilantro
Ingredients For the Beer Batter
- 2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour
- 3 Tablespoons of Loubier Gourmet’s All Purpose Hot or Mild Seasoning
- 1 Beer Bottle or Can
Directions

Step 1
Preheat the pan on medium-high (350 degrees F) with enough oil to cover the fish. -
Step 2
If the tilapia is not pre-cut, then cut it into 1-inch strips. -
Step 3
Pour 1 cup of All-Purpose Flour into two bowls (2 cups total) and mix strips of tilapia into one of the bowls of flour. Make sure the strips get covered well in the flour. -
Step 4
In the second bowl without the tilapia in it, mix in 3 tablespoons of Loubier Gourmet’s All Purpose Hot or Mild Seasoning. -
Step 5
Slowly whisk the beer into the spiced flour until pancake consistency. -
Step 6
Coat each fish strip into batter and place gently in frying oil. Flip occasionally until all the fish strips are entirely golden and crispy. -
Step 7
Chop up some radicchio and cilantro to top tacos with. -
Step 8
Serve with corn tortillas and top with radicchio, cilantro, and lemon aioli (aioli recipe separate--coming soon) Enjoy! :)
