Loubier's Baby Potatoes Side Dish

Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Loubier Gourmet Hot or Mild Chipotle Seasoning
 - 1 Tablespoon Loubier Gourmet Italian Topper
 - 2 Pounds of Small Potatoes (Baby Yukon Gold, Red Skin Potatoes, or Both)
 - ½ Onion of any Color
 - 1 Stick of Butter
 - 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
 - Pinch of Salt & Pepper
 

Directions
- 
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. - 
Step 2
Cut your potatoes in half, and slice up your onions. - 
Step 3
On a baking dish or cast-iron skillet, throw in your olive oil and place your stick of butter right in the middle. Season your olive oil and butter with 1 Tablespoon of Loubier Gourmet Hot or Mild Chipotle Seasoning. - 
Step 4
Add your halved potatoes and sliced onions to the dish/skillet, and season them with more Loubier Gourmet Hot or Mild Chipotle Seasoning and Loubier Gourmet Italian Topper. - 
Step 5
Throw your dish/skillet with everything in it into the oven and wait 40-50 minutes depending on how you want your potatoes. Don’t forget to move them around occasionally so they really get to soak in the delicious juices. - 
Step 6
Once they are ready, take them out of the oven and let cool. Serve, sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over them, maybe some parsley. -
