Loubier's Delicious Beef Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Pound of Top Sirloin Steak, Cut in 1 1/2-inch Cubes
- 1 Large Bell Pepper
- 1-2 Medium Red Onions
- 1/2 - 1 Pound(s) Mushrooms
- 3 Tablespoons Loubier Gourmet Hot or Mild All-Purpose Seasoning
- About 20 Bamboo or Wooden Skewers
- 1 Cup Orange Juice
Directions

Step 1
Soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight. -
Step 2
Season the cut up steak with Loubier Gourmet Hot or Mild All-Purpose, and marinate with orange juice, keep overnight if possible. -
Step 3
Cut vegetables into chunks, about the same size as the steaks, and thread both the meat and veggies onto double skewers. -
Step 4
Keep a little space between the pieces so they can cook more evenly. -
Step 4
Preheat grill for high heat, and grill skewers for 8-10 minutes depending on how hot your grill is and how cooked you want them, turn occasionally. -
Step 5
Let them rest of the grill for 5 minutes. -
