Prep Time: 10 Minutes (Marinade could take up to 24 hours)
Cook Time: 55 Minutes
Total Time: 55 Minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 3 Pounds Pork Ribs
- 1 Tablespoon Loubier Gourmet Hot or Mild Chipotle Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- Loubier Gourmet BBQ Sauce
- Orange Juice
Directions
-
Step 1
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. -
Step 2
Rinse and dry ribs before seasoning them. Make sure they are completely dry. -
Step 3
Cover the ribs in Loubier Gourmet Chipotle Seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder (If you are interested in marinating the ribs for 30 minutes to an entire day, season them the same way, cover them in orange juice, and refrigerate). -
Step 4
Cook ribs over the fire (both sides) for the first 6 minutes, then let them cook in indirect heat for 40 minutes (cooking in indirect heat means the ribs are not directly over the fire but off to the side where there is no fire underneath them, keep the grill's lid closed too). -
Step 4
Finish them off by charring both sides over the fire for 5 minutes. Let sit outside grill for 10 minutes. Pork Ribs are safe to eat when internal temperatures have reached 145 degrees F, but for maximum juiciness and tenderness, we would recommend they reach a temperature closer to 180-190 degrees F.
