Chicken salad can be made in so many different ways. So after thinking about it for a couple of days and testing a handful of recipes, we decided to go with something a little different, and that is our chipotle chicken salad. We really had in mind what could be done with our chicken salad, and with the unique flavors that our chipotle version has, it would go great on a sandwich or in a wrap with other ingredients!
Chipotle Chicken Salad Wrap
Whether you want to throw your chicken salad into a sandwich with toppings heirloom tomatoes or bacon, or maybe throw it into a wrap is all up to you and your cravings! We went with creating a delicious wrap, and we even created a quick recipe video of it! Check it out below!

Our Chipotle Chicken Salad Recipe

- Loubier Gourmet Hot or Mild Chipotle Seasoning
- 1 ½ lbs Boneless Chicken Breasts (Halved)
- 3/4 Cup of Mayonnaise (Or to your liking, we love to use Japanese mayonnaise)
- 2 Green Onions (Chopped)
- 1 Rib of Celery (Chopped)
- 1-2 tsps Fresh Tarragon (Finely Chopped)
- ½ cup Cilantro (Finely Chopped)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Olive Oil if needed
You want to first start off by cooking your chicken. You can grill it, bake it, or even boil it. The juicier the better! If you decide to grill or bake it, make sure you cover it in olive oil and season it with salt and pepper.
In a big bowl, combine your chopped chicken, Mayonnaise, chopped green onions, chopped celery, chopped tarragon, chopped cilantro, lemon juice, salt & pepper, and of course the Loubier Gourmet Hot or Mild Chipotle Seasoning. Mix well and...
